Buying at www.victoriagems.com is made very easy to encourage more and more people towards placing orders online in order to save lot of time as well as money. To understand the procedures better, we have created a comprehensive FAQ section so that buyers may clear many doubts on their own.
How many items can I add to the cart?
You can add as many items as you want to the cart in one go. Items will remain in the cart as long as they are available in inventory. These will be reserved for purchase only when you confirm your consent by checking out.
When will the order be delivered to my address?
Italy - Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Europe - Delivery time is 3-5 business days
US - Delivery time is 5-7 business days
All other parts of the world - Order can be delivered in 7-10 business days.
Can I add or delete number of products from my order?
Yes, you can. All sorts of modifications in order are acceptable on day 0 of making it. If you choose to add to the order the next day, it will be considered as separate order which may attract shipping charges, if applicable.
It is advisable that you delete any product(s) from the cart before it is picked for checking in inventory to avoid any sort of confusion.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is ready for dispatch from our warehouse. The moment your credit card is charged, an alert will reach you mentioning the courier details and probable time of reaching you.
What if I choose to cancel the order when the shipment is out for delivery?
We request you to receive the parcel and send it back through traceable post/courier service using the returns envelope enclosed along with the packet. Please note that in such case, tamper-proof air-sealed packaging of the product is not to be broken/torn/tampered on receipt of the packet.
How long will it take to process the refund?
Refunds process will be initiated the day the packet reaches our warehouse. From the day of receipt of packet, it will take 7 to 30 working days to process the refunds. We request you to make use of barcode sent along with the product so that it can be acknowledged easily at the warehouse. You will also receive an alert when the packet reaches our warehouse.
Can I change my address for delivery of packet?
You are advised to do so before placing the order. Your order will be sent to the address mentioned in the order form only.
Will I be informed about the arrival of my order?
Our delivery partners will call you up before sending the parcel to your mailing address. You can also pick the time of your choice for receiving parcel and intimate our delivery service about the same.
How secured is my information on your website?
All your information is stored in encrypted form using 256-bit encryption. Industry best security options like SSL certificates have been put to use for ensuring safe and secured website experience to our customers.
What if I don't like the quality of the product or find it to be defective?
First of all, all our gemstones are GJEPC certified and completely lab tested. Images displayed on our website are the exact replica of what you will receive. Still, if you feel that the product received by you is not of good quality(something that is rare to happen), you can return the product to us under '15-day no brow raised' return programme.
What is the look-through period for products that I receive?
You are given a period of 15 natural days from the day you receive your order. No returns request will be entertained after this period and sale will be assumed as final. For detailed returns policy, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Will I be offered free shipping facility?
All the products priced over 250 Euros will be shipped for free all over Italy. If you are residing at some other location, you need to have an address within Italy to avail the facility of free shipping for products valued above 250 Euros.
Free shipping will also be offered on products priced above 500 Euros and above for the areas located within Community of Europe.
Please note: All transactions including sale or purchase of products at our website are arbitrated under Trade Act and the judiciary of Vicenza Italy will be the legal authority used for redressing any sort of grievances.
